The ATU Ad-hoc Committee for Electronic Protectors had a meeting on March 7, 2008 redarding the use of electronic protectors in 18th Asian Taekwondo Championships.The committee attended the demonstrations provided by LaJust Co.Ltd based in Seoul, Korea using the electronic protectors in taekwondo matches, discussed related matters, and decided to adopt the new rules in relation to the electronic protectors for the 18th Asian Taekwondo Championships held in China this April.
