The Taekwondo Promotion Foundation, a subsidiary of the Korean Ministry of Culture and Tourism, is planning a project called “Taekwondo Goodwill Program” which will be offered to taekwondo practitioners from Asia and Africa to help the promotion of taekwondo and increase the cultural understanding among partnership countries.  

The project starts from May, 2008 through the month of November for the duration of 6 months and it establishes a variety of taekwondo and Korean language programs. All expenses including airfare and accommodation are fully covered by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
