The General Assembly Meeting will be held at Luoyan Yaxiang jinLing Hotel on April 25th, 2008 in China during the 18th Asian Taekwondo Championships.

In case of that your president can not attend in the General Assembly Meeting, he/she has to appointed the representative with the letter of credence in order to get the right vote for Agenda of General Assembly Meeting. If you will not able to attend the meeting, please send the credential to the ATU no later than April 15th 2008.
