First of all, I would like to extend my sincere __EXPRESSION__ for your dedication for the development of taekwondo in your country and the Asian region.

I would like to inform you that the Continental Taekwondo Unions entered an agreement with the Kukkiwon and the World Taekwondo Federation that both organizations will be financially supporting the Continental Taekwondo Unions to participate in the dan promotion tests taking place in their pertinent continent.
