Dear colleagues

First of all, I would like to send my best wish to all family members on the occasion of inception of the New Year.

Our Secretary General Mr. Choi Ki-Cheol recently experienced a sudden and severe problem in his health. For this reason he is not any longer in a position to be loaded with the job.

For the ATU, there are many as well as imminent tasks ahead which require experienced hand. As such, I requested and appointed Senior Vice President Lee, Kyu-Seok to fill the vacancy in addition to his current job, Senior Vice President, according to article 9 of Rules and Regulations of the ATU.

I solicit co-operations of all ATU family members so that he could perform the extra duties efficiently until we have a new Secretary General to succeed him.
